I have recently bought a lot of stuff from Elec Mec and want to share my experience. They have a good selection of products at competitive prices. Their staff are helpful in answering all queries in detail, often highlighting things I had not even considered when planning my bathroom renovation. The product range is good. But horrible after sales service. We ordered entire bathroom range from them. The bathroom unit was delivered and had a shade different from what we had booked. We tried calling multiple times and no response. The bathroom mirror was faulty and landed fell down. Again tried contacting them, no response. When we did visit the store with these issues, extremely rude behaviour. I would not recommend this place at all.
This company decides to go against the consumer goods act and refuse to give you any refunds on faulty goods or even if you Ve just purchased it 1 minute ago, then it's unopened item.
