I have been a patient at this clinic for many years with no issue. I recently saw a new provider, Jennifer Beal. Jennifer is unethical in her medical procedures and dishonest in what she tells her patients, both of which result in billing to the patient that is incorrect. I have been trying to fix this with Jennifer and the clinic for 4 months and the office refuses to help and Jennifer refuses to review the documents again. My doctor has been nothing but nice and helpful to be from the beginning... Got some blood work done and quickly got sent the results both through the app and via mail. I was clarified on what was possibly going on, and follow up visits are something I look forward to. Great doctors here, as well as great nurses and receptionists...
My wife and I have been patients here for 15 years and they are the most caring staff you can find. They always take care of us and never let anything lapse. We are forever grateful for the care and attention we've been given.
