Absolutely disgusted by the “care” received by Eleanor Ross. I don’t even want to call her a doctor because she does not deserve that honor. Had a follow up appointment with her and she didn’t even read my chart beforehand. Decided instead to tell me I didn’t have a disease I went through extensive testing to receive. She was clearly arrogant and uneducated in the condition. I was done with the appointment there.
