I tried calling to make me an appointment for a physical. They took my info and said we will call you back to see if we will "accept" you. Never got a call back so I call again on Monday . No answer so I left a voice mail with my info. Still no call back. Kinda ridiculous when trying to find a new doctor. Ended up calling a doctor in Lexington. Not only did they instantly accepted me they also schedule an appointment too! I was worried why this place had bad reviews and I see why now.
I spent much time on trying to find a new physician after my beloved doctor retired. I had my records sent over to this practice and never heard from them, thus assuming everything was okay. I called to request blood work and an appointment, as I needed a new prescription for a medicine I have been taking and need on a daily basis. At the time of my calling, I was told I was not accepted as a patient! No call, no explanation, no help. Nothing!!
