I had a great experience working at Eleanor. The team was supportive, and the organization was committed to providing quality care. A positive and professional environment overall.
Very pleased with Eleanor care, the care workers became part of the family. My Grandad had the same care workers most days and at the same time. All care workers were very friendly and provided the best care for him until he went into a home. Can't thank Eleanor enough

The care they provided were personal; dignifying and of high quality. My Grandmother would look forward to her care giver's attendance, in fact she would mention it would be the highlight of her day.
