Dr. Murray provides great care, but the billing process is extremely problematic. Accounts are incorrectly flagged as unpaid, blocking appointment scheduling even when balances have already been settled. There is also a lack of follow-up—calls and emails are not returned.

Dr. Murray and Madison Gynecology & Wellness are nothing more than a money grab scam. I've seen this Dr. before in years past and had the same type of discussions between doctor and patient regarding my health. On my last (and final) visit this scam artist billed my insurance over $300 just to "talk". It was nothing more than a 5 minute conversation during my annual preventative check up.
