My mom is in hospital possibly due to low blood sugar episodes and I've called twice and left messages with this office.... No one has called me back to answer any of my questions. Very disappointing 😞 I may be switching her to another endocrinologist.
Refused to help patient- and was rude when patient was clearly and logically expressing her issues. Gaslighted and tried to tell patient she had mental health issues. If you don’t want to treat someone don’t, but this behavior is disgusting.
Dr. Lam is a wonderful endocrinologist and an excellent doctor. She is a very compassionate person and a great listener. Getting back to you with answers to questions is an A+!
