Steve Luko was great he is counselor there at Eleanor health. Always love Dr Swartz Also Kaysha was nice representative also. I do have tech issues w mic and camera w the telehealth on occasion.
I have to say that I am grateful to Eleanor Health for their outstanding professionalism, caring understanding and most of all respect that I get and I also want to say that Dr. Paulo is one of the best doctors that listens that cares and I would not want anybody else Eleanor Health? You are blessed to have Dr. paulo for one count myself very lucky to have him as my provider I feel I have a connection as a friend with him. He has helped me through many trials. I don’t visit the actual location as my counselor (RN) has my scheduled visits over the phone on a routine schedule. I love my nurse and feel very comfortable talking with her about anything. She offers suggestions when I’m unsure about something and has a way of making feel better mentally when I’m in rough situations. Very supportive! I highly recommended E.H. for those of you who haven’t made “the call” yet.
My care is timely and helpful. Marisa Savic has really made a positive difference for me in the years I've worked with her.
