I wrote this review over 4 years ago on ele bridals Facebook page, but it seems to have been removed so I’m bringing it back. To this day despite multiple efforts to contact someone in the year following my wedding, I have not heard back. I do not recommend anyone have their dress altered here. This is the first bad review I’ve written in my entire life. My daughter had a very bad experience here. Most of her concerns were around quality of work but also with the cleanliness of the shop and the way they responded to her concerns by making excuses and trying to justify what they had done. She brought her dress home after four appointments and was quite upset by how it had turned out. She didn't even want to wear the dress anymore because it had caused her so much stress and felt really fragile. I had my wedding dress altered at Ele Bridal and they did a fantastic job! Charifa was so lovely to work with, gave me great advice on what I should do for alterations, and her work was incredible. The pricing was very reasonable and the turnaround time was very quick. I highly recommend Ele Bridal!

Initially, I was anxious about taking my wedding dress for alterations as I wanted to make significant changes, including transforming the top into a strapless sweetheart.
