Extremely Disappointed – Would Not Recommend I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that other brides don't go through the same stress before their wedding. Writing on behalf of my Fiancee: If you are assigned to Charifa at the Gatineau location as your seamstress; RUN. She has on 3 separate occasions told my Fiancee that her alterations were done only for my Fiancee to drive across the city from the west end and then show up to witness that ZERO alteration work has been done between appointments. I had such an amazing experience with Ele Bridal and Charifa! I went to the Gatineau location where Charifa was absolutely nothing but warm and welcoming. She made sure all my needs were met along the way, ensuring my vision became a reality with my dress. Communication was crystal clear, and Charifa was even so kind to drop my dress off to me after my last fitting. 10-10 experience!!
