Everyone at downeast was truly nothing short of amazing. Scott at sales made the purchase flawless and was super easy to deal with. I must say service is where it takes the cake! Steve Jolie was such a pleasure to deal with when I was having issues with my machine. I wouldn't recommend anywhere else for purchasing new or used and also having your machine looked at!
