Great experience, was met at the door
This will be my first ever review ….. I will never deal with this place again if I could give negative stars I would. The most unprofessional business practice I ever delt with and customer service was atrocious. So I called about ten days ago still no reply!
Super service chez Down East Powersport. J’étais en voyage de moto 3 jours avec mon fils à partir de Shawinigan au Québec. Le matin du 2 ième jour , j’ai eu un problème de pneu arrière et il fallait le changer. L’équipe de Down East Powersport m’a changer mon pneu dès mon arrivée et le mécanicien a même sauté son heure de dîner pour me dépanner.
