Amazing service!! Quick and courteous! Loved the real service person answering the weekend emergency hotline to help determine Monday morning was soon enough to provide service! Great genuine customer service through and through!
Used Eldredge a few times over the years for inspection and pumping, always great service and easy to work with. Mitch was knowledgeable and friendly. Nice to have a hassle free experience these days.
Called at 4:45 pm for an emergency pump out, pump truck showed up by 6:30. Driver (Jeff) got right into it. Checked both tanks, pumped them out and educated me how the septic tank works with solids and liquids. Overall very pleased with Eldridge service.
