I would caution you with this appraiser. His appraisals are low and he has a limited understanding of the neighborhoods and/or comps. Let me provide some facts so you can make an educated decision. He was 1 of 3 who did an appraisal for a government relocation for me. He was not only the lowest of them, but would not look at the fact that his numbers (including his square foot totals) were far off from the other 2.
