Office was so notice, clean & updated. Decorated very professionally! Staff was amazing & super friendly!
Dr. Eldred went above and beyond to help my family with our vision needs. He was patient, caring, and made sure we fully understood our options for both contacts and glasses. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his patients, and we truly appreciate the extra time and effort he put in to make sure everything was right for us.
Based on other reviews, I chose Eldred Eye Center for my children’s annual eye exams. During that visit, my son was also fitted for contact lenses. He didn’t leave with lenses that day, we were told they’d arrive in 7 days. Nearly two weeks and several follow-up calls initiated by me, I was finally told the contacts were delayed. I've been going here since I was a little kid and have never had a bad experience. Now my children go here as well, my son loves the fish tank and the themed pediatric room.
Dr Eldred, Robert and the rest of the staff were all friendly, yet professional. They explained all of the tests and my insurance benefits and gave me a positive feeling about being there. I will definitely be going back.
