Had a great experience with el dorado and a special shout out to AARON from the service department, who went the extra mile to help me out in a bad situation with a broken jack at my storage spot. Would highly recommend these guys for any service needs!
Thanks to Aaron and the service department for the quality repair of our holiday trailer. The work performed was completed as quoted in a timely and cost effective manner. They stored it for us until we were able to pick it up at a time that was convenient for us, they even had it all washed up.
Amazing place to have your RV fixed! Or to buy a new one;-) Super friendly and professional staff. Aaron hosted us very nice because we drove in with our motorhome and couldn't get away while it was in the shop. Even though it took way longer than we expected (not the staffs fault but our motorhome had some unexpected fixes popping up) we felt very welcome and had so much fun during our waiting time. We even got a little tour of the facilities. Would absolutely recommend and go again! Thank you guys!
Dealing with this company on an RV trailer only to finally discover the trailer was sold three weeks earlier. They are either dishonest or inept at their job. Neither option is desirable. ***Update*** today is Feb 1/25 at 10:00am, according to their own website it says they open at 9:00am. Called their number, I get a nice recording from some gentlemen running thru all their various hours of operation for each department, and then it ends. No prompt for live person etc. I hit zero to see what happens, and I get the voicemail... read more
