Great customer service, found what i needed in no time and at a great price. Then something out of our control meant that I wouldn't need the part anymore, refunded my money with no issues. Thank you Eldorado RV, and special thanks to Veronica whom I dealt with the whole time.
HUGE SHOUTOUT.........On our way home from holidays (BC). We were just driving by coalhurst when a truck pulled up beside me pointing for me to pull over. I pulled over and two very nice men informes me i had a flat tire on my trailer. Turned out it was the owner Ron and the shop foreman Steve from Eldorado RV. They not only saved me from damage, they changed the flat tire right on the side of the road. We are so greatful for theae two men and their kindness! Thank you again Ron and Steve. Ron and Steve stopped us on the highway when they saw we blew a tire on our trailer. Not only did they get us to pull over but they changed the tire for us so that we could get home safely. Much appreciated!
