Fantastic Vet experience, same day appointment for an emergency surgery. Excellent customer service, front desk experience was polite, professional and courteous. Dr Huq is great, works quickly, answers questions and provides complete and professional care, he is accessible and patient with pet parents. His Vet Tech, Gopi, is also very good, he provides complete information, answers questions and is also patient with pet parents. Pricing/cost for emergency surgery was better than expected. Dr. Huq is amazing! I was able to get scheduled quickly, and he preformed surgery the same day. Super kind and very knowledgeable. My new vet for my aging pups.
I’ve always trusted Eldorado Pet Hospital with my dog. They have been treating him since he was a puppy and we are extremely satisfied with the service. They have great doctors who explain all the details and very courteous staff. Would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a vet hospital.
This pet hospital went above and beyond in caring for my pet. The team was compassionate, attentive, and made sure we felt supported every step of the way. I couldn’t ask for better veterinary care and would highly recommend them to anyone.
Absolutely one of the best team in the area. They understood how we were in such a rush and squeezed our appointment in. Had an emergency with my cat and was quickly taken care off. The staff is very sweet and made sure we understood everything. 10/10 thank you so much for taking care of Turbo ❤️
