The owner acts like a butcher... he cut my dogs hair so short so bad and he looks crazy talking about how he cleaned his glands!!! Really really crazy!!!

Came across a post today on Facebook that tons of people have shares of a little white dog that has cuts/scrapes alllllll over him due to an idiot who thought they could groom!!!!!!! Apparently when the owner picked the dog up the “groomer” claimed he was already like that/ it was from the tangles and knots he had in his hair. Let me just tell you, he was cut up all over and there is nooo way those scrapes off the skin are from tangled hair. DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOGS HERE. This is how they left my dog. They are cruel. The owner was a jerk and refused to accept responsibility for this. He even had the nerve to insult me. Unless you want your dogs mistreated like this take them somewhere else. We payed $54 and didn’t even get a refund.
Not my dog! There is absolutely no reason for this out come! You are not professionals or care about the babies that their owners are entrusting you with! Hope this goes viral and you loose your business. Horrible uncaring and cruel people!
They are always able to get my dogs in, even when I call at the last minute. My dogs always come back clean and without injury.
We have taken our pup here since we 1st moved to Texas. We loved them and will not go anywhere else! Our Lhasa Apso gets out the car and walks in with no leash. That makes me he happy because he is happy.
