When Dr Mert owned this Clinic it was a 5 * vet clinic. Now, no one running the show. They have a new system and appointments ate list, they are short staffed and just do not care. Last appointment the vet was late, did care about the dog, just get us in and out. Now, after receiving over 10 emails about needing an appointment and post cards. No appointment. New system. I am done. Keep hiring those chickadees who are not trained and don't care.
An affordable place to take your fur babies. The staff loves animals and deals with humans just as effortlessly. Dentist on staff 4 days a week. If i could give 10 stars I would.
Dr. Byrne and his team are wonderful! They always have time for me and my animals. When one of my dogs had a GI obstruction, the surgeons and staff did a fantastic job! She recovered smoothly! Dr. Eisert in particular is wonderful in treating cancer patients, and did a wonderful job with my old Golden Retriever who suffered from cancer. She was so compassionate, and was able to make him comfortable and give me an extra 6 months with my boy.
