Great experience at El Dorado Vet Clinic. Staff was friendly and the vet took care of everything efficiently and with explanation. I received a reminder beforehand and a follow up call the next day to make sure everything had gone well. Have been going here for years and will continue to do so.
Dr Daniel Fitzsimmons and his technician are absolutely amazing- compassionate, knowledgeable and thorough. My thirteen year old Plott Hound (all 91 lbs of him) was treated like a family member and I couldn’t be more delighted! I highly recommend Eldorado Veterinary Clinic!
Always very friendly, very timely and excellent care for my beloved husky/great Pyrenees
Scheduled a drop off for my 2 cats for tests regarding well-established issues. Was not told I would have to wait to talk to a tech just for a drop off for issues that had been very recently discussed , and was made late for a prior appointment due to the lack of communication. When I mentioned that I would’ve appreciated being informed, I was very pointedly ignored. Usually a good experience here, but I couldn’t believe how rude and unprofessional the tech was just because I asked for basic communication.
"My wife and I cannot thank Dr. Daniel Fitzsimmons and the animal clinic staff enough for the incredible care and compassion they showed to our cat, Lemi. They fought so hard to save her, but when medical complications became too much, they handled her final moments with the utmost dignity and respect. To ease our burden, they even waived the euthanasia fee. Their empathy during one of our darkest moments meant everything to us. We Highly recommend this team."
