Super helpful and honest about the options available for my animals needs
I have had a couple of appointments needed last minute in the past month and Dr Hill and staff ALWAYS do what they can to get us in ASAP. Couldn’t ask for a better group of people to bring my pups to to be cared for, whether it be emergency appt, regular check, or boarding we have worked with them for all of these and have had no complaints!
Refused antibiotics to my geriatric cat until he got extremely ill. Then proceeded to ignore a subsequent emergency message left on their emergency line. After that, accused me of yelling at staff when I simply informed them firmly of the situation. Then fired me as a client. I have been a registered veterinary technician for over 17 years in California and was worried about the standard of care in rural Iowa.
