I am deeply disappointed with my experience and felt compelled to warn other craft chocolate enthusiasts. Here are the three main reasons why this maker is a massive letdown: 1. Deceptive "Award-Winning" Marketing: They heavily market themselves as an "award-winning" brand, but it feels like a total bait-and-switch. Doesn't reply to email. Disappointed.
I just recently visited. The ladies were very kind and explained patiently in detail about all the products, drinks, and benefits. The vibe is vibing, the decor and setup has a welcoming feeling that wants you to explore their body lotions, soaps, facial cream, candy bars and desserts. Now to the good part.
