I switched to them 4 months ago. I first ask them to not ship my meds, that I will pick up. They shipped twice before getting this right. I also requested different packaging because of severe issues with my hands. She assured me this was no problem and it would be on file. Nope! Last script was in packaging again that my hands cannot handle. Pharmacist was to be given a message to call me. It's been a week. No call. No concern. Walking in there are no smiles. Just flat and blah. Had high hopes but I'll be going elsewhere.

Very nice store, lots of fun things. Not so sure about customer service.
Would give no stars if I could. Today one of the ladies in the back told me “I’m not wasting a $400 medication on someone who doesn’t have insurance” extremely rude. Every time I pick up meds there’s something wrong. Switched pharmacies today.
