Horrible service. I called the office due to illness. They said they would call me back. Called several more times, still no call or appointment. Called them again the next day. Same story we will get back to you. Called again at 2pm begging for help. Dr. Sayer said it was to late in the day to help me. Ended up at urgent care and they took me in right away and ordered much needed antibotic. From office staff nice but couldn't get doctor to call, advise, or help me.
They made me feel worthless and dismissed. Just go somewhere else. This place doesn't care about your suffering or pain.
The wait time is ridiculous. Just to do labs. Making a appointment first thing 745 am and you still wait 20 to 30 mins.
I just trust Dr Griswold and the staff is friendly, kind of like family after all these years.
