I hate leaving negative reviews and this one is particularly difficult because its embarrassing for me. Everything was great until my esthetician started talking about a mole I had in my "area". I have had Brazilians done since I was 19. This is not new to me, never before have I had anyone make me feel so uncomfortable. Despite me correcting her multiple times she kept calling it a "growth" and wouldn't to wax anywhere near it. My first Google review, I know, but I am mad. I arrived 5 minutes late for my apportionment because of Boulder traffic at 4 pm on a Friday (I double checked my watch with my iphone after I walked out). Rachel was very agitated when I got there and started to rush me through the process. I went for a bikini wax.
