Exceptional experience at Elderwood Motors from start to finish. Ali was great with helping me buy my first car. Everything was explained really well and all of my questions were answered. I would recommend as a first time buyer and definitely buy a car from here again.
nitially when we went to buy my car, the place looked great. Were able to take the car for a test drive, was able to see full service history and they were happy for us to take that day. We also bought a one month warranty. They also stated they would get a replacement number plate for the car sent out to us within the week as the number plate was slightly distorted. Great car, great experience dealing with the staff. Had a little chip on the windscreen but that got resolved without an issue. 100% recommend.

Bought a car from Elderwood motors for just over 6k. They were very quick to get the sale done, the car went through their 120 point inspection check (apparently) and got a years mot. All seemed fine, until we drove it for a few days. The car developed a large rumbling sound from the rear, as we were away on holiday I informed them straight away, they said that a courtesy car would be available whilst the car was in for repair.
