RecommendedThe physical therapy is great - for joint replacement it was twice a day.
If one of the best, what's the worst like? Of course the first floor looks good but look further, it is filthy!! When staff put their heads down and don't look at visitors, it's disconcerting. But when there is a huge disconnect in communication, something needs to be changed. When you have to ask 3-4 people the same question and no one gives you the same answer, there is a problem. This place needs a reorg and cleaning!!!Caregivers are wonderful:)
