The whole staff was great. Nurses,nurses aids, PT and ot. Excellent everyone.
The staff is friendly and caring. But there is no Notary available if you didn't pre-plan to be there with POA already set up. Also, they will not provide anyone to witness either. Update...I am informed by the attorney from the Niagara County Office For The Aging that this is now a trend among these facilities. Notary, wills, and other services are provided by that agency free of charge to county residents over 60. You just need to bring your own witness. I can't speak enough on how amazing the staff and this facility has been to my father and I. Brittay Stachowicz, Lauryn Betancourt and the rest of the team were so understanding and demonstrated such care and kindness through our difficult time in transitioning my father in and out of the facility.
