Way too hard to actually speak with a human being in the administrative offices. Here's what I wanted to say if I had an opportunity to speak with a person. The finance person at Elderwood Colonie, over-charged my mom's account after I rescinded the authorization to automatically withdraw funds because this was going to be the final payment. My mom was discharged at the beginning of the month. While the finance person acknowledged that the account was overdrawn and that I would be refunded a credit, she indicated that it wou... read more
I've been calling and emailing for over 8 months without a response. Employee rewards are not funded or disbursed!! I was told to voice my opinion through their "Ethics" hotline - I submitted a report - they responded for 2 weeks and then closed my report stating it will take time. Elderwood Corporate continues to avoid their financial woes or find a solution to them. BEWARE as an employee or a resident!!

Former employee of admin services. The company as a whole is a joke. They don’t pay their vendors, if they do it’s massively late. They don’t care about their employees. The fire you without cause and ignore inquests. They are disgusting in how they speak to their customers and employees. If you love your family member DO NOT send them to any Elderwood facility.
