I initially left a negative review based on my first experience and some issues I encountered. However, the staff at Eldersburg Eye Care reached out and went above and beyond to address my concerns. It’s rare to find a business that genuinely values customer feedback and takes the initiative to make things right. Their dedication to improving the experience and ensuring customer satisfaction truly sets them apart. I appreciate their efforts and professionalism in resolving the issue.
Pros: The optometrist is saw (Melanie Rennie) is absolutely amazing and sucks I need to leave a bad review based on the other staffs incompetence. Cons: I'm honestly wondering where this 4.8 rating came from! (This review made it go down to 4.7) They NEVER answer their phone, whether it be to request an appointment, ask questions, or whatever you may need. I believe their phone simply doesn't work. I was suppose to have different type of contact lens sent to the office for me to try, prior to ordering my normal prescription.... read more
Dr. Rennie is always polite and helpful! She listens to her patients and always looks out for them to find the best solution to their EyeCare! I really appreciate the help that was given to me by Dr. Rennie and the staff with my appointment this morning!
First vision screening in 20 years and they were the most honest and caring medical staff I’ve had out of any other current medical providers. Thank you.
Eldersburg Eye Care can not submit MVA exams for license renewal. Do not go here for that reason. I specifically called in and set an appointment and paid for the exam only then to find out that they can not perform this function. The personnel were all friendly and professional, except for their communication on the MVA exam.
