We recently soldf our villa with the help of Matt from Elders. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge of the market, both in terms of how we should present the house for sale and how to target the marketing. He was so easy to work with and we really appreciated his efficiency and thoroughness. We never felt rushed or pressured and can thoroughly recommend Matt as a sales agent.
