Rented with Shanyse & the McGrath team for the last 1 & a half years. Shanyse was always professional, prompt in helping any enquiries, friendly & extremely pleasant to have as our Property Manager. No issues too big, everything ran smoothly. She made the moving out process smooth & flexible to help us with our needs. I will always recommend the whole team at McGrath Lennox Head & Ballina for always being so efficient and helpful.

We had a really positive experience with Nick as our property manager. He was always accessible and understanding with any issues and resolved them promptly. Also, the thoroughness of the electronic condition report was helpful for bond cleaning at the end of lease.
