Rented with Shanyse & the McGrath team for the last 1 & a half years. Shanyse was always professional, prompt in helping any enquiries, friendly & extremely pleasant to have as our Property Manager. No issues too big, everything ran smoothly. She made the moving out process smooth & flexible to help us with our needs. We recently ended a lease of a property we had rented for 2 years managed by McGrath. From the outset we were impressed with the professionalism of the McGrath team. We are so happy with the service Nick provided us at McGrath. He was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the whole process so easy and stress-free for us. Communication was always great, and he went above and beyond to help whenever we needed. We really appreciate everything he’s done and highly recommend him!
We had a really positive experience with Nick as our property manager. He was always accessible and understanding with any issues and resolved them promptly. Also, the thoroughness of the electronic condition report was helpful for bond cleaning at the end of lease.
Our property manager Shanyse was super kind, considerate, very helpful and professional. Having been both landlord and tenant, I would highly recommend her, she's an absolute pleasure to deal with!
