Pretty typical of rental managers. Unprofessional, disorganised, poor communications. Would call up giving a short, tentative notice for an unscheduled visit, then not confirm and show up on the day. When their tenure was cancelled, sent an email with immediate effect, and that 'someone would contact you soon'. The next week sent an overdue rent notice via text. I had to let them know they were no longer managing the place. Had to prompt them to send rent receipts. Got the tenants' names wrong, used the wrong email addresses... read more
