Love this company, they strive to do their best for the employees and clients. Office staff are friendly and answer questions timely. If an issue arises, they try their best to resolve it.
My grandma recently passed away. We have used this company for the past 4 years (ish) but do you think they would reach out via phone, email or mail with their condolences – NO --. They are probably happy she is gone so they can reassign her caregiver to another client. Luckily we were able to get an assigned caregiver Monday thru Friday however if she had an appointment, the hours were not covered. If the weekend staff called in, the hours were not covered. The lady's that come out are very pleasant to have in are home. But the staffing is garbage. They don't do the hrs that are to be done u can not plan anything cause u never kw if someone is gonna be there an the lady's in office are rude they think they put there paints on differently
Great place to work at.
Very Very unprofessional!!! Now I see why you guys have a hard time keeping employees. Very disorganized, unprofessional, and poor communication. Not sure how they treat their clients but from the looks of how they treat employees I’m guessing it’s no better. I would not recommend elders journey when looking for a place of employment!
