If you want a dentist who doesn't welcome simple questions, Phen is the guy for you. When trying another dentist for the same issue, I didn't even have to ask questions because he explained everything. If you are one of those people who values understanding their personal health, go elsewhere. Dentists should welcome questions without becoming defensive and should value keeping their patients informed about their condition. This guy does neither.
