My family has been going to Elders for about as long as we've been buying appliances in Grand Rapids. There's a reason we keep coming back; they're just the best game in town. I was in desperate need of a washer and dryer after moving into a new house. Elders set me up with a fantastic deal on a combo and had it out and installed less than two days later. First I want to mention that the staff was very friendly and helpful! 5 stars to the staff. However, it goes down hill very quick. The place looked extremly run down, and the prices on scratch and dent were just about highway robbery. I could buy a better, not dented fridge from Menards for about the same price if not less.
Sales woman was extra helpful, down to earth and friendly. She helped us make a good decision and educated us on convection ovens and induction cooktops. We decided to buy a new range/stove. I prefer shopping local rather than at the big box stores. Competitive prices and brand name appliances. Recommended!
