I called to speak to a sales person over the phone about purchasing a new washer/dryer. Instead of asking me questions about what I was the looking for the salesman rudely cut me off and begrudgingly told me about the cheapest set they sold (some brand I've never even heard of). I politely thanked him and called Newara Bros, where Justin graciously helped me by asking about what I was looking for then emailed me 2 options they had in stock, specs and all.
