I called to speak to a sales person over the phone about purchasing a new washer/dryer. Instead of asking me questions about what I was the looking for the salesman rudely cut me off and begrudgingly told me about the cheapest set they sold (some brand I've never even heard of). I politely thanked him and called Newara Bros, where Justin graciously helped me by asking about what I was looking for then emailed me 2 options they had in stock, specs and all. We worked with Jennifer and honestly, she is such a champion. We had some issues with the delivery portion and they did a great job communicating with us and making it right. The prices were super reasonable and the customer service was really good. I highly recommend going here if you’re needing appliances.
Was able to find the item I needed. Save a bunch of money because of their scratch and dent area. The sales lady, Julie, was very helpful and knowledgeable of the item I was looking for.
