I was very disappointed that the job took 11 hours when it was slated for 3 after the job was seen before hand! I had to go out of town early the next morning and did not notice one of the boards that was clearly marked had not been replaced. There were two 12 ft boards left so that was not the issue. The girl worked very hard but it was clearly a two man job! That should have been declared from the start as they sent her out before to look at the potential job.
