I had Healthfirst and wish I never switched. Never had the problems I have now...paying $$ copay for meds, pre auth for specialty doctors....decreased OTC benefit....
I use their services for my mom and they’re excellent in my opinion. It’s been over a year and half and so far so good.
Iam writing this review to file this formal complaint for all to see. Regarding the conduct of a staff member During my 1st time telemedicine appointment on Monday June 15th,2026 at 2p.m. At the start of the call,the representative Loura Yap immediately questioned whether I was actually home.When I confirmed that I was,she proceeded to challenge my answer,by making a comment about my ceiling.Implying that my ceiling didn't look like a home to her. Wow this company seems so scary! An automatic change was made from health first to this elder plan but after reading the reviews…. I must save my parents life and request a return to the original insurance company!
