I wish the staff employed here actually had empathy and connection to the elderly they will not give more hours even if patient is terminally ill as experienced with my grandmother who passed the previous year now I am experiencing the same thing with my 86 year old grandfather. Also nurses are not knowledgeable last one they sent insisted he doesn't have Elderplan lets laugh all together now
If could give 0 stars I would they predatory hide your parents. I told them we aren't interested and they still processed a claim report them
Horrible company, treats employees poorly and has no desire to actually help any clients. Very money driven.
The worst health insurance care managing I've experienced....for two whole months I have not been able to work and be compensated due to the care management either not sending my service authorization form to PPL agency so I can use their app to clock in/out...plus when they did send the authorization they added O hours weekly work! Which caused me have to reach back out to them for the 7th-10th time to get a corrected service authorization form with the correct amount of weekly hours I work per week for my very sick grandmo... read more
