WOW!!! ALL THAT I CAN SAY IS THAT I AGREE WITH THE ONE STAR REVIEWS!! There is no fidelity in them keeping their word or helping you. This agency is annoying they call my cell and home number every day trying to get me to use their agency. l am happy with my health insurance company, my home care agency, two of the best home aides I have. And when l read their reviews there all horrible, my home care agency gets four stars reviews.
I wish I would have looked at the reviews on this company before I signed up with them. They will not give your loved one the number of hours necessary to keep them alive. I am looking forward to suing them one day when something tragic happens to my mom because they didn’t provide the adequate support at home. There are many other MLTCs. Do your research but do NOT choose this one.
