The caregiver who worked with us was extremely helpful, compassionate, professional, and kind. We would recommend her to anyone who wishes to engage a compassionate caregiver.
Terrible service! First of all, the caregiver showed up 3 hours late! Totally unacceptable!! And I could tell she wasn’t happy or comfortable being out in the country so she had very little interest in being there. I went over everything with her and I went home. I get a call from her at 9 pm saying that my dad was in his basement and she couldn’t get him to go back upstairs. She was not equipped with any techniques to handle a dementia patient. Thank you thank you thank you..I dont know what we would have done with out you.. your organization is sooo kind, caring, knowledgeable and affordable.. After mom was released from the rehab, for breaking her hip, we only had 2 hours to find a live in caregiver. YOU were there for my mom as soon as she got home and have been taking wonderful care of her for the last 4 months. Thank-you for your constant communication and giving me peace of mind knowing mom was well taken care of.
I wanted to take a moment to write a review of this fantastic organization. I'm starting to discover that there are a lot of families facing the situation where they are trying to help their elderly parents who have developed dementia. For those of you in this situation I wish you strength going forward.
