Elderado provides a great service and community for people who need assistance finding the right care community to downsize into - as well as those looking to help people downsize.
Daniel has done a great job gathering quality information and helping to guide families to make important decisions for their loved ones. The research that he does for each home is exceptional, the review is well thought out and he includes many members working in the seniors community to be involved with feedback. This has been a much needed service, and it's great that it now exists because of Daniel.
The Elderado website was an extremely effective tool for helping us assess our options for long term care, summarizing the on-site amenities and services available at each facility as well as their performance against provincial standards for such issues as falls, pressure ulcers, restraints, etc. I reached out through the site's chat function with a question outside the scope of the website and received an answer within the hour including links where I could find the information I was seeking.
