Just another 😧 dealership not telling everything up front about the vehicle. Overpriced vehicles with high mileage and lacking specs.
Dropped my motorhome off with them two different times, a year apart. The first time they had it for over a week, the second time they had it for almost three weeks. Both times they gave it back to me without having done *anything* to it. It just sat in their parking lot the entire time it was there. I did a ride-along with a mechanic the second time to demonstrate the problem I was having and he told me, "Well these are trucks, you know. They're big and hard to work on." Yes, I know! Took my truck in for a oil leak a week before Thanksgiving needed a oil pan they had it for a month I was happy to get my truck back 2 days later notice a oil leak on the front of the motor just the front take it back in they didn't seal the pan right had it for another week and a half finely got my truck back again then there was a oil leak on the back of the motor call them back. This is the best Ford truck repair shop i have ever been too. Fixed all issue's and came in cheaper than i thought. great service shop even during covid.
