Me: "I injured myself at work today, and I need to find a GP who is available to start my workers compensation claim" Lady at the desk: "Sorry, they're not keen on accepting workers compensation claims here." Me: "that's a HORRIBLE thing to say to someone. I'm just going to leave."
The best Medical Practice I have ever been to. All the GP's are wonderful. In particular, Dr Fiona Middleton who is very caring, kind and empathetic
I feel sorry for the medical practitioners at this practice. The reception women are so rude and obnoxious. It feels like they go out of their way to make you feel like an imbecile. Would not recommend going there due to these dragon gatekeepers. GPs are generally lovely there, such a shame.
They're just about making money, no care for their patients or the community. I came here as a new patient looking for a new GP. I asked about the fee and was told I'd have to talk with the GP about it when I book in I decided to book into spite not knowing how much it was going to be because I figured they're all about 60 to $80. cult run by members of "church" they run on an in group and out group bias. They touch kids too!
