Always the best. So thourough and so caring. The staff are very accommodating when it comes to fitting you in. They sure do know what is needed by your cat/dog.
Einstein had surgery to remove a lump likely cancer during the whole process the vets communicated what was going on really well reducing anxiety and very happy with the care provided and the follow up calls are helpful as well very happy
We’ve been visiting Elder St Vets since they’ve opened for our doggy’s annual check up/vaccination. We have always been impressed with the care and patience they show us. But the other evening they really went above and beyond. Our dog had a bone stuck in the roof of her mouth. I called them just after 5pm, they said to bring her in straight away. Within an hour she’d been sedated, bone removed, antibiotics given and on our way home. We were so grateful for the care they gave to her! Can’t recommend more highly - Thank you!
My 7 yo boy Ink had a visit to deal with an ongoing skin issue. We didn’t have to wait, 👍 Greeted by Hannah, very friendly & knew all about Ink. Great triage . Our time with Emma was wonderful. We discussed all the pros & cons & came up with a great plan for my boy 6 ⭐️’s from me
So pleased that I can take my little guys to this vet! I have been there rather a lot this year with several chronic issues and a few emergencies. Have mainly seen Dr Cassie, who is always so wonderful with all my pets and so sweet with my very shy cats. All the nurses and receptionists are lovely and welcoming. I’ve always been treated so well despite coming in at inconvenient times with emergencies. Prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.
