Unprofessional, sloppy communication. They wasted weeks of time that made my situation worse. They are dishonest. The USPS has no record of any letter from them being sent to me. Yes, the USPS keeps those records now, so that fact needs to be kept in mind from now on because those convenient claims about supposedly mailing letters no longer fly. The Health Department here in Hemet, California, referred this legal firm as she stated they were really good in fighting for tenants with slumlords refusing to repair rotting floors and black mold exposing pregnant mother and unborn child to unhealthy living conditions. They only communicated by mail and text messages to me, but never responded back to my calls or messages.
