Horrible experience, I had appointment at 9.30. Initially I requested a shuttle but when arrived was given an estimate of 1.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation and decided to wait. After 2.5 hours of wait I was asked where is my wheel lock key. Are you serious? I wait there 3 hours total which is 2 times more than initial estimates.
I’ve never had such a horrible experience with any dealership service center. Genuinely 0 stars, avoid at all costs trust me. Beyond shady business. Will be reporting to the BBB. Not only is there a MAJOR lack of urgency, care, professionalism and don’t even get me started on the lack of communication. They ALSO lack mechanical knowledge as well. I came in with a crankshaft sensor code (p0420) - took them a week to figure out what I already told them the issue was. Then of course there’s “problems along the way” they replace... read more
