they scam you, they charge you 3% service charge either you pay credit or debit!!! never happened anywhere else they were trying to sell your parts. They are very expensive. The thing you can do outside for $60 they sell you for 400. If you’re eating this thing, not recommending. This is the worst service. And the time takes three hours for a regular oil change. Don’t do anything here.

Better than six or seven individual outlets for my auto repairs.
Horrible experience, I had appointment at 9.30. Initially I requested a shuttle but when arrived was given an estimate of 1.5 hours for oil change and tire rotation and decided to wait. After 2.5 hours of wait I was asked where is my wheel lock key. Are you serious? I wait there 3 hours total which is 2 times more than initial estimates.
