Literally the worst car dealership service experience I've ever experienced, which topped a terrible Hyundai one from years ago. Went in for a new key for my 2024 Mirage. I paid $300 for the key itself before the programming, and after nearly 2 hours, was told they were 50/50 on if the physical key cut would work or not. I asked to speak with the manager the guy supposedly had gotten his orders from but then of course they admitted there wasn't a manager there (this was a Saturday afternoon). Disappointed with my recent experience at Elder Mitsubishi Service Center. I went in for regular maintenance and asked for a car wash, which they confirmed they would do. When I got the car back, it clearly wasn’t washed. When I pointed out the dust, I was told it had been washed but looked dirty because of the rain. After I questioned it, they took the car back for a second time, but even then, they didn’t wash it properly. Made appointment for recall work, very pleased with service and facility. Work was done in a timely manner, Very convenient waiting area; clean, spacious with vending machings,made it easy to take care of things while waiting.
Service center is horrible with scheduling and letting customers know ahead of time what they are capable of doing at certain hours. Open till 6 but stop doing important diagnostics at 2pm? I don’t understand. Not to mention the lack of urgency or enthusiasm from main managers like Rusty and Curtis. Just unprofessional all around. Shout out Daniel he’s the realest one there
