⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an amazing experience at Mitsubishi in Killeen, Texas! This was my very first time getting a car, and Julian made everything so easy and comfortable for me. He was super helpful, patient, and explained everything clearly. G also went above and beyond to help me throughout the process — they both made me feel confident and taken care of. I'm a first time buyer. And lemme tell you what, I went in to Elder Mitsubishi Killeen and started talking to KC. He was very upfront and transparent about everything and the entire process. While we weren't able to land a deal for a car right away (I have lousy credit/ credit history etc) he got me squared away. This was the best car buying experience I’ve had out the 10 previous vehicle purchases I’ve made! The sales team was top notch h and no pressure/hassle. The finance dept was outstanding and thorough, answering every question with detail. I will recommend this dealership to family and friends for sure!
