The staff are very professional and reliable. We could understand phone messages, which unfortunately is not always the case anymore with people whose first language is not English. Appointments made were kept on schedule and on time. Our finished product was 100% satisfactory.
Was made to feel comfortable and everything was explained and handled in a timely manner. I went with a trust. I left feeling relieved. Both Kristen and Mr. Wingate have been not only courteous but very knowledgeable about elder law and what needed to be done on my behalf moving forward.
Mr. Wingate gave me a free consultation related to my mother-in-law and Medicaid. He was very generous with his time. He sincerely want to help guide me whether I was going to become a paying customer or not. I highly recommend David Wingate.
David was friendly, helpful, and thorough. I appreciated that he took the time to explain everything in easily understandable terms, and answered all of my questions. One thing I did not like, though, is that they won't keep a copy of the documents.
