Our issues weren't complicated - standard will and powers - and everything was handled with appreciated professionalism. The introductory telephone call was on time and the conversation both light and specific. At the end of the call we knew exactly what David would do for us AND the cost. Wonderful. It, then, took only a week or so to get the documents prepared. We met in his Frederick, MD office, and he talked us through each and every page with clarity. I recommend him without reservation.
David Wingate made the whole process of creating a will and power of attorney paperwork very easy. From the questionnaire I completed before our meeting to thoroughly explaining each page of the documents that were generated, I felt everything was covered in planning for my family. David and his office manager Kristin were lovely to work with.
