David was completely prepared, and assisted with explanation to any of the questions my wife and I posed. A possible tedious meeting session went extremely smoothly for us as we prepared for our future wishes. I would recommend David Wingate to anyone soliciting planning advice.
I have worked with David Wingate several times over the past few years and have been extremely pleased each time. In fact, I have recommended him to friends who have had similar experiences. He listens carefully to details about my situation and recommends action based on his knowledge and extensive experience. He conveys a sense of concern for me personally and is pleasant to work with. And he and his office manager schedule visits and prepare documents promptly and accurately.
I had quite a few questions and David answered them fully and so that I could understand, especially regarding how to avoid probate. He was very helpful in drawing up a Will that met all the issues I wanted covered. Overall he was pleasant to work with and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him.
Do not hire this attorney if you enjoy being passed around to a dozen different paralegals and waiting months for your appointment. As a Deaf couple in our early 40’s, we struggled to get other local law offices to even give us a minute of their time.
