The experience with Estate and Elder Planning by David Wingate, was excellent. From the initial consultation, the firm was incredibly professional and attentive. The entire process was pleasant and straightforward, even though estate planning can seem daunting.
We just did our estate planning with David Wingate. David and Kristin were very pleasant to work with. They are courteous, friendly and professional. David took time to explain to us things that are important and what we need to do. He patiently answered all of our questions, and very practical as well. We highly recommend David for your estate planning.
Too expensive and impersonal especially for the price. I made the unfortunate choice of contacting Estate and Elder Planning by David Wingate for a simple will which included medical directive. Everything was discussed by phone only, and I was never shown a draft of the will and medical directives to ensure that I, as the client got to see what my final will would look like.
