Great and very professional attorney. David Wingate is very meticulous, knowledgable and takes the time to explain the process and laws regarding Trusts, Wills and Power of Attorneys. I would highly recommend him and I will definitely use his services again in the future.

Not properly protecting the elderly who should always have a Trust to protect assets and avoid Probate
