Derek is excellent to work with. Very knowledgeable and good at explaining things. Highly recommend for Medicaid and estate planning.
I have never met a friendlier attorney in my life than Derik. He was extremely fast and completed everything we wanted in a very timely manner. He even came to my mothers home for her to sign some papers because she’s bedridden. Peyton is such a sweet and helpful assistant and I feel they make a great team! I will use them again if I ever need an estate attorney. Even the price was reasonable! He isn’t like other attorneys where money overpowers morals. No complaints at all here!

Derik and Peyton were great to work with, we had to reschedule due to a snowstorm and they were very understanding. Our appointment went very well and Derik explained everything so that my Mom and I understood. He was very friendly and helpful . He was also very reasonably priced. Thank you both for everything!
I cannot say enough good things about Derik. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He helped to set up wills, trusts and POAs. This is never something you want to think about, but so necessary!
