Amazed at all the 5 star ratings! Just having a 10-15 minute sit down with my mother to set up a Trust she was extremely rude throughout the conversation. Very snippy throughout the conversation, took phones calls during our appointed time. May be the best in her field of law but as a person absolutely churlish! Also told us that she does not except ARAG members even though she’s listed on their site and it’s the first part of her forms.
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Nancy Gottes Throughout our interactions, I found her approach to be highly unprofessional, unhelpful, and lacking in basic courtesy. Based on this experience, I would not recommend her services to anyone.
If you are a senior and in need of legal help, I highly recommend Nancy!
