I haven’t had an experience working there myself or being a client but I do know people close to me who have worked there and let me tell everybody to FIND A NEW COMPANY this company does not care about anything but money they will make you work with people with Covid and not tell you till you get there , they make you work when sick which isn’t healthy for the clients . They put both parties in harms away all the time . they will show multiple times they don’t care about you . They fire or lay off the good workers then keep... read more

They have been taking care of my sweet 88 yr old mom for the last 5 months. I'm so grateful to have these caregivers here. They take excellent care of her, me, AND the dog. I wholeheartedly recommend them!

I’m very grateful to have such wonderful folks from ElderIndependence caring for my elderly father. They have become his extended family and they really go the extra mile daily in taking care of him. As his daughter who lives far away, I feel great comfort knowing that his needs are being met and the ladies truly care for his wellbeing.
