I highly recommend Elder Care. We started using Elder Care the week before the holidays. They were able to facilitate the short notice changes and additional hours we needed. Every staff member they supplied, beside our regular aide, was excellent.

It is my belief that there is a notable lack of professionalism, underscored by insufficient communication practices.
