My elderly mother needed hearing aids. David Elder has been absolutely wonderful. He always gets us in quick if we need him and us extremely professional, helpful, concerned, and friendly. Highly recommend him!!!

My sister was having difficulty with her hearing aids and the company directed me to Elder Hearing Center. David Elder made us feel welcome even though my sister purchased her aids in another city. He was patient, helpful and provided me with direction to help my sister with her aids by showing me how to operate and check them. He adjusted the settings for her on the aids so that she could better manipulate the volume, taking into account my sister’s disabilities. David, I just wanted to verify a fact about battery life of my hearing aids. I went to Aspen last week and forgot my charger. My left hearing aid lasted for 53 hours and my right for 54 hours from when I last took them out of the charger. In addition, they work great and I am very satisfied.
I was so pleased with my visit .. David ElderJr .. was so pleasant and professional he took care of my hearing aids problem quickly and with a smile .. I highly recommend him !!
